Question

Stomach growling

my Weimeriner has periodic stomach growling in the morning. She does not eat. It she eats anything, it will stop and then she starts to eat normal. she does not act sick, but just has this loud stomach growling and wont eat. Only happens in the early morning

You could try some simethecone to see if that resolves the problem with the tummy rumbles.
It does a lot to resolve gassy issues in dogs and makes them feel better. One product with this in it is GasX. Just make sure any product you use does not have any tylenol or ibuprofen in it.
If you are only feeding her once a day try swapping to 1/2 her regular meals twice a day so that she has food on her stomach more of the 24 hour time period.
