my cat is five and in the last 6 months she has began to poop right outside her littler box she will be in her box but not poop

Reply to Rebekah Johnson's Post: Yes she always urinates in the box. At first she pooped just outside the box but now she will poop as far as 3 foot away. She will also pee in the box get out and poop on the floor.

 When she poops does she seem to be straining to do so?
