Help sick guinea pig

He was a active little guys until yesterday now he lies still as if he is sick or something. We rarely let him out of the cage but he was out the other night and now it appears he is lifeless the sparkle in his eyes dull he doesnot appear to be eating. Any suggestion

a nice warm bath, clipped his toes and coddled him, he love that to be held
