This is a question for all pets....as the pet population increases there is a need for pet kenneling. With opposition to anything new in a community it is most difficult for potential kennel operators to start up a new kenneling facility, let it be in a rural area or a commercial site. The opoposition comes to noise and smell, even though these are not warranted issues. Please refer me to a source where all the facts and falicies have been researched and documented, if that is possible. I thank you for myself and any pet lover who wants to start up a new kenneling facility.
