Depending on what type of worm she has would determine what medication is needed, not all worming medications get everything. It would be best to have a stool check done by your vet to find out what type of worm your dog has then they can get you the correct medication.

It would be best to have your vet check her out. If she has such a large infestation she needs treatment soon, the larger the load of worms the more it could affect her health.
