parakeet, about 12. she has been sitting fluffed up with a bunch of hard dropping stuck to her bottom. she has been breathing a bit heavy. I removed the droppings, looks like her vent is pushed out a bit. is she egg-bound? or sick. I put a heat lamp on her, she is eating a bit, just sitting quietly on both feet, breating a little heavier than normal. what should I do at this point?
