How old is this snake?

How long have you had him?

When was the last meal?

When was the last shed?

Where is the water bowl (cool end/hot end)?

What is the temperature in his spot light?

What is the temperature at the cool end of the enclosure?

Do you see any black or red dots (and I mean Really Small) moving in the tank anywhere?
