skin problems

my pup has had a skin condition since i bought her at 5 wk's old at first i thought that she didn't like her collor now a 5 months she has ictch so much i took her to my old vet [ she recieved all her puppy shots at the farm i work on by the broodmare manager's wife who is a small anamail vet she is good to go for a year [ i thought that they should recieve a rabies shot at 3 mounths she said no had to have a extra vac. before getting the rabiies at 15 wk's ] so my old vet didn't know he thought that it may be that she was exposed to wildlife that carried a skin deease and treated her for that with skin antibotic
