Vaccinations question

I just bought a silkey terrior and she was born on 05/10/2006. I purchased her through a pet store that save's animals and the puppy has her vaccinations, but I am unclear as to when and where to take her for any additional shots. To date she has the following vaccinations; Distemper-measles, hepatitius cav-2, letpospirosis, parainfulienza, canine parvovirus, coronaivirus up to date. She also has her bordetella last shot on 07122006 and the giardia as of 08202006. So many shots, how do I know where to take her and what additional shots to be given monthly? and of course without being charged an arm an leg.
