And I'm sooo sorry to hear that your baby Chinchilla is ill. Be careful not to give it too much water at this time. As long as your pet stays hydrated...that is enough. Too much water can actually poison your pet.
Also, do not let your Chinchilla get too warm, but keep a close eye until you can make it to the vet in the morning. These pets do not adapt and thrive in temperatures above 80 degrees...so it's probably more important to keep your sick baby cool, than to warm it.
