my pet has kidney disease and I am having a hard time ...

my pet has kidney disease and I am having a hard time getting her to eat.I fix everything for her and she will not eat she is on a pill to give her an appetite.What can I do?

Has she been put on IV fluids to flush her kidneys out? What medications is she currently on?
