Are you still supposed to handfeed full feathered ...

Are you still supposed to handfeed full feathered cockateils. They could fly and kinda eat seeds but I don't know if I still need to hand feed them?

 

Optional Information:
Age: >12; Female; Breed: cokateil (albino)

Already Tried:
I tried leaving the food over night for them to eat but they woke me up at 4:00 in the mornng they woke my up with the a loud chirp and I had to handfeed them.

Reply to Patricia's Post: Right now they are about 4-5 weeks old. We are giving them normal food lije litle seed with bigger seeds. The formula is called KAYATEE EXACT. They have been away from their parents 2 days after they were born.
