My african gray is driving me crazy. All it does is make noises no words. I can not sit in the family room to watch TV because it's so annoying. Please let me know what I can do - It's getting to the point that people do not want to come over.

Reply to Patricia's Post: We've had him since he was about 3 months old. We got him from an idivitual. We've tried talking to him in a soft tone - Saying things like Tiki ( his name) be a good bird and be quiet so we can watch TV, Tki please be a good bird, etc. My older daughter talks and plays with him constantly as well as my Mother. My daughter feeds him and my mom cleans the cage once a week. Because of my work schedule I only interact with him after 4:00 in the p.m. He does not come out a lot because he's snapped at us several times, and he constantly poops. This is our first parrot and we really like him. It's just that he's very noisy. He doesn't have a particular time - it's ALL the time. I would appreciate anything you can do for us.

Thanks
