If your poodle has blood in his urine he most likely has a urinary tract infection. This is painful for him and he will need antibiotics to treat it. If it gets bad enough or is left untreated it can result in a kidney infection which is even more painful for the little guy. There is a possiblity that he has bladder stones or crystals and he could become blocked, where he is unable to empty his bladder. At this point this is a serious condition if untreated it is fatal. This is of course the extreme possibility.

He would prefer to see a doctor first thing in the morning. He is most likely very uncomfortable just as we will be. The doctor will test his urine and prescribe antibiotics accordingly. They may also give a steroid injection to decrease inflammation. I would increase his fluid intake while he is healing. You can accomplish this by making sure he has water available at all times, offering canned food with the dry, and even adding low sodium chicken broth in for more moisture.

Hope he feels better soon.
