Is this a new bird or one you have had for awhile? If it's not new, how long have you had it? Did it come from a pet store? Am I understanding it is less than a year old? Did you just notice it because the bird is new, or was the foot fine before and this is a recent development? Have there been any changes in any of his behaviors or eating habits. (If you have had him long enough to know of course.) Look very closely at the foot and leg and tell me; is the foot actually turned under to the point the top of the foot is down? What is the position of the toes on that foot? Is there any kind of swelling or discoloration when compared to the other foot. Is it possible to compare the legs only for any difference is size, or alignment? If he is not too skittish, can you compare the temperature of the feet; one a lot warmer, or cooler than the other? This extra information will help me to do a better job helping you. This and any additional information you can think of will be a great help. Thanks, Patricia
