My bunny is not eating her pellet food but she is eating ...

My bunny is not eating her pellet food but she is eating turnip grens. She is not as active and het stomach feels a little bit swollen. Her poop does not look the same it is larger and has a green tint. She is not pooping near as much. What should we do?
