I have a 5 year old chocolate lab. She is eating well and passing fluid and solids well. IN the last few days, she has begun to smell AWFUL. We think she may have rolled on poopy in our yard. She has begun to act weird. She sits in the bathtub a lot and we have to call her many times before she comes to us to go out. Is she sick or just ashamed????

Optional Information:
Age: 5; Female

Already Tried:
Washing her a bit with pet shampoo

It sounds as though you could be right and you should give her a bath again and then use some doggie deodorizer that you can purchase at your local pet store to help absorb the odor since the first bath has not helped with the odor. If this is the only sign you are seeing and are seeing no signs of illness then most likely this is what has happened and most pet stores sell a leave on foam that can help greatly with eliminating dog odors from situations such as this and I think this is what you need to eliminate the odor. Dog's have a more keen sense of smell then we do so I am sure if you smell it so does she and it can have an affect on their behavior.
