I have a 2 year old Chocolate lab (Amos) who, I feed twice daily, but likes to eat feces then throw it up on my floor. How do I discourage this behavior? Am I doing something wrong?

You might find feeding him a higher quality food that is very digestible will help curb this problem.
If he eats his own stools then cleaning them up right as he does them may resolve this.
Some people find that using a product like Deter or Forbid works for their dogs. Pet supply stores carry those.
If he is eating cat feces from the litterbox then there are ways to resolve that too.
