My Chihuahua and my Shitzu both have rashes. They itch and lick all the time. They are treated for fleas so I know it isn't that. The vet thought food but I have tried different types unless I am not trying the right ones. I give them Benydril and it helps. Do you think it could be the cold weather? They don't spend much time outside. We have wood heat which may be drying? Some days they are worse than others.
