I have a 3 year old siberian Husky. She is slender and 35 pounds and has never been a big eater. She is very particular about when she eats. Often, she won't eat her breakfast until both me and my wife come home at night, and won't finish her dinner until the next day. She has been eating slightly less the past couple days and we are a little worried. She also seems lethargic and depressed and did not get up, or excited to go for a run this morning like she usually does. Once on the walk, she acted fine and she will eat if we give her a dog treat, or chicken or something. It has been a little windy, and while she usually wants to be close to us all the time, she spent most of the weekend just laying down outside in the yard. Not playing or anything, just laying there. Sometimes she acts strange in the wind, but this seems a little more odd than usual.

When you see a behavior change in your pet like this it often is worthwhile to see the vet. She might be running a fever causing this for example.
If she is not spayed she might be getting ready to come in heat or if she had her heat a few weeks back she might have a uterine infection.
Having the vet check her and finding out she is fine is a possibility but usually when the owner detects behavior changes something is going on with the dog.
Hope this helps you!
