I would not spend any more than you might get a dog from a rescue for especially if it has no papers and is a mixbred.
www.petfinder.com might help you find one to rescue near you.
There are many pom rescues too - go to www.google.com and put in pomeranian rescue and your state to see if one is near you or check here

many rescues work nationwide and might have a pet needing a home near you. For that $350 you might get a dog with all the needed vet work done and a full personality profile so you know it will fit in your home!
