my pet cockatiel is in distress about an hour ago she

My pet cockatiel is in distress.
About an hour ago, she began bleeding from her rectal area.    HELP!!

There isn't alot of blood but she obviously is very uncomfortable. There isn't a local vet that is available tonite.

What could be the problem, what will make her more comfortable?

Age: 5; Female; Breed: Bird / Cockatiel

Already Tried:
keeping her warm,encouraging to drink water

Reply to ZooCVT's Post: No never, but she has been "nesting" for the past 2weeks. Just very vocal and active. Up until the past 24-48hrs(no other birds in the household)
