My 15 year old sheperd mix female is not eating well, losing weight and sleeps all the time. Recently, on several occasions she does not even want any of us to pet her. We have not taken her to the vet yet, but are seriously considering it. Any ideas???

Already Tried:
Alot of different types of dog food and people food. She just does not seem to want to eat anything. Drinks alot of water. Vomits on occasion, bile.
