Help me! My three year old husky mix has moved with us to an apartment and won't make a bowl movement outside. He will pee, and wants to go out every hour, but seems to just want to mark territory. Within 5 Min.of coming inside he has a BM on the carpet. I take him out for 15 min. at a time on a leash (he's not used to going while on a leash), but I am in Alaska and it is cold. Why is he doing this?
