Could you please tell me how often is the usual Subcutaneous infusion of fluids given to dogs? I am assuming only about 100mls. The dog is only about 9 lbs (Bichon) The vet didn't give me any instructions. In fact I had to pretty much demand for the fluids. So I am in the process of finding another vet. But my dog is suddenly in renal failure. Still drinking and pees fine.

Optional Information: Age: >12; Female; Breed: Dog Bichon
Already Tried:
Subcutaneous Normosol fluids of 100 mls once so far. She just got out of the hospital.
