If she might have swallowed anything from a toy to a bit of bone to a string to a chunk of rawhide that could be causing a blockage you should see the vet with her.
If it appears she is trying to pass a stool and it is painful you can see if using a small amount of mineral oil as an enema will help her pass it. If its some foreign object stuck that might lubricate it enough for a stool to be able to be immediately passed. (With my pup I was shocked to find it was some wire he found somewhere and swallowed!)
But as this could indicate there is a twist in the intestine or a problem with a swallowed object I'd suggest a vet visit and perhaps an x-ray to find out what is wrong before trying any home remedies for constipation.
