lump,dry hot nose

older female mix breed has a round lump on back of neck, it is soft and squishy. dog doesnt seem to have pain when bump is touched,also lethargic,foul gas,rashes,skin coat progressively worsening,whining,nose dry and hot stomach appears sunken in. itching most at night.
