Bloody stool and twiching

We gave my dash hound revolation flea and tick on Friday but the person that put it on did it wrong and rubbed it into his ears and neck ever since he has had diarrea. That was four days ago ever since he has had blood in his stools. He has lost weight and is sleeping alot. Also his ears have been twiching. Last night he had a fever. What Should I do? What could be wrong?
