my dog had a negative parvo test today but is failing fast. her water iv has settled near the bottome of her chest. it is kind of sore should i worry about this. she is very lethargic but her eyes are open wide. we are just letting her rest. we have givin her her antibiotics so hopefully that will help. should we worry about the water
