My 19wk old Golden Retriever was diagnosed with Parvo ...

My 19wk old Golden Retriever was diagnosed with Parvo yesterday. He has been vaccinated every 4 weeks for a total of 5 vacs. His last vac. was 4/12/06. How can this have happened?
