hi i have a 2yr old yorkie whos diarrhea is been for almost a week now and now his stool is very dark color and i see blood in it... what should i do???

Already Tried:
went to vet monday about diarrhea she gave him 2 injections penicillin or something and now it didnt go away and i see blood
