Hi, i have a 3 month old shih tzu and today i've noticed that he's sick. He hasn't really been eating today just a little, but now for the past several hours i've noticed he been doing number 2 more than often. I've also noticed that he has diarrhea to the point where it' just fluid coming out and when i touch his stomach he grunts. He's just laying around. please help.

pediatric electrolyte to keep him from dehydrating. tried hand feeding him
