Bloody Feces

I have A Litter of 8 Golden Retrievers,6 weeks old,in the last day or so, 1 of the puppies have been having bloody feces what is causing that,starting to wean to dry food, been on soft.
They go for there 6 weeks shots and worms in 3 days seen the vet at 3 weeks
