If my liter just got parvo will they give it to the parents

Well we just Had a liter of 10 Americn Pitbull Terriers, and we noticed that one of them wasn't eating so we took here to the vet and they said she has the flu, but it could be parvo so watch here stool so we did she never had a stool yet. So then we noticed another one that was vomiting and having a runny stool so we took her to the vet and the took a test and it came up postive so the said the rest of the liter would get sick also but will the mother and father get sick cause they have been around them. please contact back i need help
