Parvo

We had a small puppy that had to be put to sleep yesterday due to parvo. We adopted this puppy from a pound and he had it when we got him but we did not know that. We have had our other three dogs tested for parvo and my mother-in-law (who lives next door to me) has had her dogs tested for it to. The results came back negative. My question is, if none of the other dogs have it can it still be spread to other dogs who have had all there shots.
