My daughters puppy has parvo while treating the puppy she accidentally poked herself with the needle used to inject the puppy with fluids should she be concerned

If you're concerned about your daughter contracting Parvo, you can relax.

People cannot get animal parvo http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dvrd/revb/respiratory/B19&preg.htm

However, people can get human parvovirus (Fifth Disease/HPV B19) http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dvrd/revb/respiratory/parvo_b19.htm which is a virus exclusive to humans and has nothing to do with dogs.
