Sick Parrott fish

I have a 4year old parrott fish and he appears to have a fungus. I treated him with Jungle fungus treatment and he did not get better...maybe a bit worse. A few more days have passed and he is getting worse so I treated him for ick- with some progress.
Help......

FishTechNH with you. I'm assuming this is a saltwater parrot fish? Also, if you could tell me what are the results of your water testing, mostly Nitrate, Phosphate, pH and S.G. Thank you.
