How to train?

Hi, we have two baby cockatiels Diva and Laiza they are posted in the photo and they have 7 weeks old and we have them since they have 20 days, we feed then and they are very sweet and we love them very much.

They know how to get in my finger and they stay on it,

We wish to train them to talk and my question is:
     It is too early to train them to talk?   
     Can we train them to talk both at the same time?
     Can we put a player recorded with the short word that we want them to learn?

Hi Poly. Are you saying the babys are just now 7 weeks old? Do you mean you were hand feeding them from the time they were 20 days old? How do you know they are female? This extra information will help me to give you my best advice. Thanks, Patricia
