Based on those symptoms, your bird is very sick. He needs immediate medical attention from someone who does know about birds. No one, not even a vet would try to make a diagnosis through a board like this. All you can do is keep him warm, unstressed and try to make sure you are keeping fluids in him. If you will tell me the name of the largest city you are close to, I will see if I can run down an avian vet for you. I am so sorry that's all the help I would be able to offer. Patricia
