i have two parakeets..... one is green with yellow and ...

i have two parakeets..... one is green with yellow and the other is mostly white with blue.... when we got them they instantly seemed close...... now almost 2 yrs. later the green one acts alot different..... it used to have a loud chirp and whistle..... now it sounds like its chirp has changed?????!!! why? the white bird seems to be aggravating it too..... i wish i knew whats going on...... can you tell me????
