At this point the bird needs to see an avian vet to get help. If you do not have one already you may be able to find one on this site
www.aav.org/vet-lookup
Usually by the time a bird looks ill to us its past any home care help and needs vet care.
This could be egg binding if its a female, an upper respiratory disease, a problem with diet, an issue with parasites etc. Best way to find out what might help is a vet visit.
Hope this helps you!

Reply to Nancy Holmes's Post: There are no vets to help her bird in this area. I would have already taken it!   That's why I paid you to see if you could help me. I already know it is sick with the above possible problems, I just don't know what to DO.
