I have a litter of Lab pups and one of them has swollen paws and hair loss on her toes. Her tail also had some hair loss on the bottom around the joints. She has a great appetiet and seems to feel fine. The pups are 3 1/2 weeks old. She is the only one of ten like this.

I'd be concerened this pup might have an infection or have a lowered immune system problem leading to her having demodectic mange mite problems.
You can read about these non contagious mange mites here

I would have your vet check this pup out as it may need help in fighting an infection or coping with the skin mites.
Hope this helps you!
