Ridding Sarcopic manage from human and house

Two of my dogs were diagnosed with sarcopic manage. We have been treating them with Ivermectin Injections over three weeks and isolated them. The problem is we are now infected too. We have small red dot marks on our bodies that itch terribly. We have bombed our house several times, washing bedding in hot water, etc, but they seem to be in our mattress where the dogs had lied on. How do we get rid of them from our mattress and ourselves? The dogs are healing, but I am scared they will be reinfected. Does this type of mange live in carpeting? Sofas? etc.... PLEASE HELP, we have burned old couches they sat on, do we need to get a new mattress now? Thank you, XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX.
