my baby is sick

my cat scratches until she bleeds and she has sores all over her, she also vomits alot. i took her to vet in janurary and he gave her two shots and said it was a food allergy. the sores went away. Now she has the same problem all over again. i gave her a flea and tick shampoo bath. what can i do to heal her. Is this a skin disease? what else can i do to make her feel better? Betty's mommy
