Unfortunately there are a few different types of mange. Without a scraping of the area from a veterinarian it would be impossible to tell which type of mange your puppy has. Each cause has a different treatment.
Rather than wasting money on treatments that may or may not work it is better to take your dog in for a skin scraping.
