pomeranian trembling and lethargy

This condition followed a few days of gagging and coughing up sputum. She has been vaccinated against Bortedella and Rabies of course. Saw a vet who thought she might have injured her trach but coughing has diminished and today we have trembling, lethargy and fatigue. Ideas?
