I have a two year old jack russel/ beagle, he is my life...so of course I worry about him even when his symptoms seem very mild. I have not been able to give him the heart worm medicine as usual and have been very worried that he may contract them before I can get back to the vet. It has been about 3 months that he has been off, and I plan to have him in the vets office within the next few weeks. I wondered if there were any symtoms to look for ?
