If this is new then it might be indication she is starting an illness such as kennel cough.
If she is eating and drinking OK you may be able to put off a vet visit until Monday.
If she seems lethargic or to be getting sicker then you may need to see a vet sooner than that for antibiotics.
Coughing sometimes is from a viral infection, sometimes from a problem with the heart building up fluids, sometimes from worms passing through the lungs as a part of their lifecycle. If she has not been on heartworm prevention this too might be the issue.
Its hard to tell which this is over the net.
You can read about kennel cough here and if she has been around other dogs this could be the problem just starting in

If she gets worse or this continues for more than today you should probably have the vet check her out.
Hope this helps you!
