My hamster is breathing heavily, drinking little water, eating little food, and seems very tired. What is wrong?

Age: 2; Female; Breed: Hamster

Already Tried:
Cleaned cage, moved hamster to a warm location, added treats and favorite foods, fresh water, using eye dropper to be drops of pedilyte
