Is the hamster breathing okay? Any trouble breathing, or wheezing? Any coughing sounds?

Did the lump appear suddenly?

Is the lump in the middle of the throat, or more near the cheeks?

Reply to Danielle's Post: He is breathing OK. Is usual behavior is chewing on the cage...and he is doing that as usual.

The lump appeared in three days.

It is in his upper chest, just behind his fore legs...feels like fluid.
